Welcome to New Generation Youth Ministry!

The purpose of New Generation Youth Ministry is to help our youth/teens live out the vision of Friendship Community Church! As part of a multiethnic, multigenerational, mission-shaped community, we want to help them to grow at home, school, and generally in life. Students are invited to participate in all aspects of the life of FCC.

Sunday mornings, they get biblical teaching and an opportunity to discuss further with youth leadership and provide application that can be lived out in their spheres of influence. There are opportunities for students to serve on ministry teams and participate in Outreach projects throughout the year.

We believe Youth Ministry provides a great opportunity for your teen to consistently be in biblical community with their peers and under the guidance of adult leaders who are committed to helping students grow in their relationship with Jesus. We want to meet students where they are and remind them of who God is, who He says they are, and how they can practically live that out. Middle School and High School are split on Sundays.

What are your gatherings like?

Friendship Community Church is a non-denominational church that welcomes people as they are. Our church community is healthy and friendly. You should expect a cold worship experience here at Friendship. Instead, expect to be greeted with love from our church staff and volunteers. Friendship offers two worship experiences on Sunday (8:15 AM & 11 AM EST), both in-person and online.

What happens when I visit?

First-time visitors can expect to be greeted by our church staff and volunteers. Even as an everyday church member, you can expect to be welcomed and fellowship with other believers in Christ. Our worship experiences generally range between 1-2 hours long. The message and/or sermon is delivered by our senior pastor Dr. Torin T. Dailey. Sometimes, you can expect a special guest speaker and/or worship leader.

What should I bring?

The only thing Friendship Community Church requires of you is to bring yourself, your authentic self. We do not require prestige, status, or an entourage.

How should I dress?

Come as you are. Here at Friendship Community Church, we do not have a formal dress code. We ask you to come ready to worship and receive the Word of God.

Can I invite people to come with?

Of course! Inviting others into the Body of Christ is the Great Commission. Invite everyone you know (co-workers, colleagues, friends, and family).

What if we didn't answer your question?

If we have not answered your questions via our website or social media pages, we encourage you to contact our church office at (404) 349-6040 or email us at info@friendshipatl.org.
