Black History Wax Museum

The Black History Wax museum kicks off Friendship’s Founders Month on Sat., Jan. 31, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Children in Grades 1-5 are the “wax figurines” of African Americans who made significant contributions to society. The wax figurine (the child) comes to life when activated and presents an oral recitation about the selected African American’s life.
